OLD TIMEY EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and milk. Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees about 30 minutes or until filling is firm to touch. 9 inch deep dish pie crust.
