1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 c. butter, melted

Place crushed cookies (reserve 1 cup) in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Pour butter over cookies; chill until set. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and 8 ounces Cool Whip. Put on top of cookies.

Mix the pudding according to the box and put on top of the cream cheese mixture. Put the extra 8 ounces Cool Whip on top of the pudding. Sprinkle with reserved cookies and chill.
