SPICED PEACH JAM 
3 lbs. ripe peaches, 4 c.
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 bottle (6 oz.) liquid pectin
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cloves
7 1/2 c. sugar

Peel peaches and chop fine. Place peaches in large kettle with lemon juice, spices and sugar. Mix well. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add liquid fruit pectin all at once stirring constantly. Stir for 5 minutes, skimming any froth from top of jam. Ladle into sterilized glass jars and top with paraffin.
