SNAPPY BACON SOUP | |
6 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 c. sliced green onion 2 c. vegetable cocktail juice 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/8 tsp. pepper In medium pan fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tbsp. drippings in pan. Saute onions in drippings until crisp - tender. Stir in vegetable cocktail juice, red pepper, pepper and bacon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. |
