BACON POTATO SOUP | |
4 c. diced potatoes 1 onion, chopped 1 carrot, sliced 1 jar (2 oz.) Hormel homestyle bacon pieces 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. milk Salt Pepper In 3 quart casserole. Combine first 6 ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at high 13-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Recover. Cook at high 8 minutes or until heated through. Serves 10. |
