3-5 lb. chuck or blade roast
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup

Place the roast, salted and peppered on a large sheet of heavy aluminum foil. Spread A-1 sauce on meat. Over this sprinkle the onion soup mix and spread the mushroom soup on top of this. Wrap foil loosely around and seal. Place in a shallow baking dish and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
