WALDORF ZIP SALAD 
1 pkg. red Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. ginger ale
1 c. diced apples
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve the Jello in hot water. Add the ginger ale. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in the apples, celery and nuts. Put in pan and chill until firm. Cut in squares. Garnish with crisp lettuce leaves.
