GREEN BEANS 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. green onion
Croutons
1 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. frozen French cut green beans
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
6 tbsp. melted butter

Melt butter, add flour, salt, sugar, onions, sour cream and Swiss cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Spread cooked drained beans in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with croutons. Drizzle melted butter over croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
