MULLED CIDER 
3 qt. apple cider
3 dozen whole cloves
1 dozen cinnamon sticks
1 qt. apple brandy

Combine first 3 ingredients in large pot. Simmer 15 minutes. Add apple brandy; reheat. DO NOT BOIL! Serve hot.

Makes about 20 servings.
