KARMEL KORN 
2 cubes butter
2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
2 c. chow mein noodles (Chun King)
4 c. Cheerios
4 c. Crispix cereal
1 can peanuts (not dry roasted)
12 c. popped popcorn

Combine chow mein noodles, Cheerios, Crispix, peanuts and popcorn in large baking pan.

In a large saucepan, add butter, brown sugar and corn syrup and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir quickly. Pour over cereal mix and coat thoroughly. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes. Pour into large bowl before it cools.
