MUSTARD SAUCE FOR HAM 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 rounded tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. half & half
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix dry ingredients. Gradually add half & half, stirring. Add eggs and water and vinegar. Stir constantly until thick. Cool. Great on sandwiches!
