1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put all ingredients in blender. Pour into buttered pie dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
