LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Mix crust together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat filling ingredients together. Pour over cooled crust. Return to oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
