LAURA'S CORN 
4 ears corn
1 can chicken broth
3 scallions (green onion), cut small pieces
minced garlic
large tomato, cubed
1 c. long grain rice

Cook corn. When done, cut off cob. Add scallions, garlic and tomato. Cook rice. When done, salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken broth and add all other ingredients. Good with chicken.
