HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream

TOPPING:

10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Mix topping and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
