URSULA'S RUM CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rum
4 lg. eggs
1/4 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. rum

Cake: Prepare bundt pan by greasing with solid shortening (Crisco) and flour lightly. Add pecans to bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients together, mixing about 4 minutes. Pour into bundt pan. Cook 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven - leave in pan - prick with kitchen fork all around top.

Glaze: Cook first 3 ingredients for about 4 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add rum. Pour in a 2 cup container and pour over cake. Leave in pan until pan is cool to touch, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Turn oven in plate and serve.
