SMOOTH AND CREAMY FROSTING | |
1 (4 serving) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor) 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed Combine pudding mix and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly at low speed with electric mixer about 1 minute. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake at once. Store frosted cake in refrigerator. Makes 4 cups of frosting enough for two 9-inch layers. |
