1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Mix ingredients in a bowl for 2 minutes in the order given. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake 45 minutes.
