CREAMED RHUBARB PIE 
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. rhubarb (cut into 1 inch chunks)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs (separate, use whites for meringue)
1/4 c. milk

Cook until thick, pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue)
