TACO SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco sauce mix
1/3 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 c. corn chips
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook beef and onions in skillet until beef is browned and onions are clear; drain off fat. Spread beef in bottom of 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Beat eggs, evaporated milk, tomato sauce and taco sauce mix; pour over meat layer. Sprinkle with ripe olives, top with corn chips. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm in center. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 6.
