PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
Crust:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter

Mix and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Cool.

1st Layer:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over crust.

2nd Layer:

2 small pkg. vanilla pudding (the kind you cook)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pumpkin

Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat and cool.

Stir cooled pudding and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
