2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix and bake at 350 until done. Frost with favorite frosting or leave plain.
