1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Few drops food coloring

In heavy saucepan, mix dry ingredients. Add oil, water and food coloring. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until mixture pulls from side of pan. Knead well. Store in airtight container. Icing tubs make good containers.
