SWEET POTATO BALLS 
2 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. nuts. chopped

Chill potatoes and shape over large marshmallows. Heat 1/3 cup honey and 1 tablespoon butter over high heat. When it bubbles, remove from heat and roll each ball in honey to glaze. Roll in nuts, place in Pyrex and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
