CREAM OF TACO 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 pt. whipping cream
1 box chili
1 can pinto beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
tortilla chips
Tomatoes, chopped (Optional)
lettuce (optional)
grated cheese (optional)
black olives (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix browned beef, Ro-tel tomatoes, whipping cream, chile, beans and velveeta all together in a crock pot and cook for 45 minutes on high, then cook for a couple of hours on low. Crumble tortilla chips on plate and top with cream mixture, Add chopped tomatoes, lettuce, grated cheese, black olives and sour cream if desired.
