STRAWBERRY SNOW 
2 c. strawberries
1/3-1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs whites
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Puree strawberries in electric blender; add sugar, blending well. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in strawberry puree and whipped cream. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses. Chill about 4 hours before serving.
