CRUNCHY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced or chopped
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except noodles. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Make 6 to 8 servings.
