APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
No stick cooking spray
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix pie filling and cinnamon; reserve. Beat flour, granulated sugar, milk, softened butter, baking powder, salt and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, for 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 the batter into pan. Spoon 1/2 of the pie filling mixture over batter in pan. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over pie filling mixture; drizzle with melted butter. Bake until wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Serve warm. May drizzle with glaze topping.

GLAZE TOPPING (optional) :

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. softened butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tsp. hot water

Beat until smooth and of desired consistency. Drizzle over top of cake.
