PATIO PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
Basil
1 can (8 oz.) plain tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, drain. Spray pizza pan with Pam. Combine Bisquick and water, mix until soft dough forms. Pat dough in baking dish and up the sides. Spread meat over crust. Place zucchini slices over mat, then add onions.

Combine tomato sauce, garlic powder and oregano. Spread over onions. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Top with light sprinkling of basil. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until edges of crust are golden and topping is bubbly.
