CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 to 2 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 lb. cooked broccoli or squash
1/2 c. melted butter
seasoned croutons

Place cooked broccoli in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sour cream, soup, carrots, onion and chicken. Spread over broccoli. Mix croutons with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
