3 c. crumbled corn bread 2 c. coarsely crumbled day old bread 2 c. chicken broth 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 2 lg. onions, finely chopped 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. dried whole sage, crushed Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until brown. Serves 8 to 10. |
