CRISPY CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 lb. frying chicken pieces, washed and patted dry
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Place crushed Rice Krispies in a shallow dish or pan. Stir in paprika. Set aside.

In a second shallow dish or pan, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking (6 servings).
