ANN LANDERS' MEAT LOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. bread cubes 3/4 c. catsup 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 c. warm water 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 8 oz. can tomato sauce (pour over to bake) Beat eggs; add Accent, water, soup mix and catsup. Stir until mixed. Add remaining ingredients. Put in loaf pan and cover with 2 bacon strips. Top with 8 ounces tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
