OVEN-BARBEQUED CHICKEN 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
Salt

Brown chicken pieces in hot fat; set aside. Brown onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sauce may also be used for other meats.
