HERB CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM 
8 halved chicken breasts
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. dill weed
Fresh parsley

Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, marjoram and dill weed. Remove the skin from chicken, wash and drain. Butter glass or casserole dish. Place halved chicken breast with rib side down in dish. (16 pieces). Sprinkle herb mixture over chicken and spread each piece with heaping tablespoon of sour cream. Pour wine over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
