CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
4 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. sage
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella
4 boned chicken breasts
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 slices Polish ham

Pound chicken breasts flat. Lay one slice cheese and one slice ham on each breast. Roll up like a jelly roll. Secure with toothpick or skewer. Dip in melted butter then into bread crumb mixture (sage, cheese). Bake in ungreased baking pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
