MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork or veal
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix thoroughly. Pack into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot or cold. For catsup - topped loaf, spread 3 tablespoons catsup over top before baking. Serves 8.
