CINNAMON AND SUGAR SNACKS 
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pkg flour tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375°F. In small bowl or plastic bag, combine sugar and cinnamon. Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges. Place wedges in single layer on cookie sheets then spray wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.

Bake 5 - 7 minutes or until wedges are light brown and crisp. Cool on wire rack. Store in covered container or plastic bag.

Makes 8 - 10 servings.
