BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
16 graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted, do not use butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
About 4 or 5 bananas
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained, squeezed dry
Freshly whipped cream
Shaved milk chocolate

CRUST: Crush graham crackers into crumbs and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Pour into 13"x9" pan. Smooth out crumbs and press in firmly. Bake 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: Beat together sugar, eggs, 2 sticks butter, vanilla at high speed for 15 minutes (you read that right). Spread over crust.

Over filling, layer crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Call your cardiologist.
