SPRING SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello, dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. red radishes, diced or sliced
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped green onions, tops and all
1/2 c. diced raw carrots
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped fine (optional)

Add vegetables (radishes, celery, onions, carrots and bell pepper) when Jello cools. Allow to set.
