GRANDMA'S CHRISTMAS CARROT
PUDDING
 
1 c. raw carrots, grated
1 c. raw potatoes, grated
1 c. chopped suet
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. each allspice, cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg

These can be put through a meat grinder.

Serve with Brandied Hard Sauce: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. brandy
