MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1 Keebler ready crust chocolate flavored or graham cracker crust
1 qt. chocolate chip ice cream, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 sq. semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Fresh mint garnish

Spread softened ice cream into crust. Freeze for 2 hours. In saucepan combine sugar, butter, chocolate and milk. Heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Let cool and spoon over cut servings of pie. Garnish with fresh mint.
