MOM'S TOURTIERE 
1 lb. lean ground pork or 1/2 veal and pork
1 c. water with beef bouillon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of cloves
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. celery leaves
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. maze

Brown pork in skillet; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If it looks sloppy add more bread crumbs.

Line 9 inch pie shell with crust put meat in and top with crust. Add slits in top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
