MINT SALAD (Rich) | |
2 c. crushed pineapple, juice & all 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 pkg. butter mints (1 1/2 oz.) Mix and place in refrigerator overnight. Next day, stir thoroughly and fold in 1 (10 ounce) package Cool Whip. Place in freezer. Can be used as a salad or dessert. |
