GREAT AUNT GRACE'S CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cottage cheese, room temperature
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. heavy sweet cream
1/4 lb. soft butter
4 eggs (add one at a time)
3 level tbsp. cornstarch
3 level tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease cheesecake pan with butter, 10 inch pan. Beat cottage cheese and cream cheese together well. Then add sour cream, sweet cream and soft butter, beating after each addition. Add whole eggs one at a time. After adding cornstarch and flour in small quantities, add salt, sugar and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake stay for at least 1 hour or more.
