RITA'S SPECIAL SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans mixed veggies
2 cans tomatoes
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano

Brown meat; drain. Put all ingredients into a large soup pot. Do not drain cans. Add juice to soup. Cook for 1 hour.
