1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drain well
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese

Mix Jello according to package directions. Mix together pineapple, carrot and cheese. Stir into Jello when it begins to set.
