MICRO 3 LAYER BARS 
1 c. butter
6 (1 oz.) sq. semi sweet chocolate
1 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped salt free peanuts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave 3/4 cup butter and 2 oz. chocolate on high 1 to 2 minutes stir frequently. Stir in crumbs, coconut and peanuts. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Chill 30 minutes. Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended and spread over crust, chill additional 30 minutes. Microwave remaining butter and chocolate until melted as before. Spread over cream cheese layer and chill 30 minutes. Cut into 4 dozen squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
