JALAPENO JELLY 
3/4 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 to 3/4 c. diced fresh jalapenos
1 c. cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo

Chop peppers together. (If done by hand be careful - use gloves. Do not get near eyes, jalapenos will give intense burns.) Place bell pepper, jalapenos, vinegar, and sugar in large saucepan; bring to boil. Boil 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Certo. Cool. Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
