1 1/2 boxes Brownberry Cheddar cheese croutons 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 lb. pork sausage 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 sm. onion 1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli 1 sm. can mushroom 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water Grease 9x13 inch pan. Put croutons on bottom. Fry sausage and onions together. Drain, spread over croutons. Add broccoli, cheese and mushrooms. Beat eggs, add milk and dry mustard. Pour over first ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking in morning, dilute soup with water and pour over all. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
